The Optometrist:

My name is Lise-Marie Germishuizen and I love being an Optometrist.

I have been in private practice for 12years, and have been my own boss for 6 of those. For the first five years I worked at two of the busiest and most successful practices in Gauteng and learned a lot about how I wanted to run my own practice. This business was first called Venessa Niemand Optometrist in Northcliff and I made a point to focus on interpersonal relationships and quality one-on-one Optometric care. I love that my patients become my friends, and that here I have the time I need to make the best decisions for excellent vision and superb ocular health, without having 10 other people already queuing at the testing room door.

We are a member of the Dynamic Vision Network, a group of independent optometrists who strive to practice optometry in our own capacity to provide our patients with the personal service they deserve. We deliver outstanding personal service, competitive prices and value added products.

Where can you find us?

The practice is centrally located in 14th Avenue, Northcliff, in the Mountainview Shopping Centre. We are opposite El Corro Shopping Centre and the BP.

We are open from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday and from 9 to 1 on Saturdays. Because we all have incredibly busy schedules, appointments outside normal hours can easily be arranged. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
